DESCRIPTION:Quick Draw Competition for ALL AGES\, painting street views of the Town of Bel Air during the Maryland Center for the Arts' Harford Plein Air Festival\, Saturday\, October 12\; onsite registration from 8-9 am (online pre-registration encouraged)\; timed painting from 9-11am\; artists display their work from 11:30-1pm next to the Harford County Sheriff's Office\, 45 S. Main St.\, Bel Air\; judging and awards at 12:30.  Competition fees\, rules\, registration\, details at Quick Draw Competition or 443-567-5216. $25 entry for adults 18+\; $10 students in grades 4-12.  Free registration for children in third grade and below.  Spectators free.  The Harford Plein Air Festival is supported by the Harford Cultural Arts Board with funds from the Maryland State Arts Council.
