DESCRIPTION:Maryland State Police/Natural Resources Police will host the 19th annual Deep Creek Dunk Friday\, February 24th   Saturday\, February 25th at Deep Creek Lake in western Maryland. The Deep Creek Dunk is the continuation of the Special Olympics Maryland winter water series. Dunk participants take a chilly dip in Deep Creek Lake to raise funds for Special Olympics Maryland and their mission to transform the lives of children and adults with intellectual disabilities. The annual Goosebumps & Grapes festival is an evening of fire and wine that kicks-off to the Deep Creek Dunk. Participants get toasty around a roaring bonfire and sample a variety of wines from the comfort of a heated tent.
