Her daytime job is Program Coordinator for Harford Community College at the W.A.G.E. Connection in Aberdeen Maryland. She also teaches Professionalism and Public Speaking on campus. Her third job for HCC is as a contract trainer for companies. She is a 2006 graduate of the Harford Leadership Academy and was chosen by the class to deliver the graduation speech. \n\n\n\nWith Toastmasters International\, she holds the highest designation ? Distinguished Toastmaster. \n\n\n\n \n\n\n\nMs. Shoaff is a visionary with an endless capacity for people and system improvement.
