Veteran-owned Mission BBQ will provide a free lunch\, compliments of Harford County government. This annual resource fair is hosted by the all-volunteer James V. "Capt'n Jim" McMahan Commission on Veterans Affairs under the administration of County Executive Barry Glassman.
