\n\nAfter a nourishing lunch\, we&rsquo\;ll move into art therapy\, allowing creativity to guide expression and emotional release.
\n\nThe afternoon continues with a group empowerment activity\, (listed with dates) designed to reconnect you with your inner strength and resilience.
\n\nWe&rsquo\;ll close the day in peaceful reflection with the soothing vibrations of crystal bowls and sound healing\, helping you integrate the day&rsquo\;s experiences and leave feeling grounded\, renewed\, and empowered.
