We will come together (virtually) as a community to celebrate, honor and remember our friends, neighbors and loved ones who have faced a cancer diagnosis while raising funds for Cancer LifeNet at UM Upper Chesapeake Health?s Patricia D. & M. Scot Kaufman Cancer Center. 100% of the proceeds from this Walk go to supporting Cancer LifeNet, which provide nearly 300 unique programs and services completely free of charge to all residents of Harford and Cecil Counties facing a cancer diagnosis, regardless of where he/she is receiving treatments. Cancer LifeNet has served over 15,000 individuals since its inception in 2006 and needs your support to continue making a difference in the lives of our friends and neighbors here in our community.

Harford County Public Library is hosting Jordan Lally, a meditation teacher, on Tuesday, June 15, from 7-8 p.m. to lead a mental health journey workshop.
Susquehanna Workforce Network is holding a Virtual Job Fair on June 22nd, from 10am – Noon. The event is FREE for organizations and jobseekers alike. During the virtual job fair, employers will be able to see and speak with multiple candidates for their open positions. They will be able to view resumes, chat with jobseekers by text, and invite jobseekers to one-on-one video chats. As they speak with jobseekers, they’ll be able to see their profile, job titles and interests, and be able to rank their visitors to help with follow-up. When the virtual job fair concludes, they will have access to post-event reporting.
