The Harford County Office of Drug Control Policy will host its 14th annual FREE symposium featuring keynote speaker Joe Rannazzisi, retired DEA senior executive who helped expose the pharmaceutical industry’s role in the opioid epidemic. Also, former Harford County Public School student Dion Flynn, known for appearing as President Barack Obama on “The Tonight Show with Jimmy Fallon”, will present his Improv Recovery Workshop.
