As the premier voice for business in our county, the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, HLA-AA, and SHRA are collaborating with Eric McLauchlin from Shaffer, McLauchlin & Stover and Phil Romm from Phil Romm Consulting for this unique opportunity to gain valuable insight in to the new overtime regulations that will be effective Dec. 1st. Eric and Phil will provide all attendees with practical tips & strategies to assist your firm to become compliant with new overtime regulations. Phil will review steps to your organization can take now to get ready while Eric will review what happens should your organization face an overtime lawsuit.
