Harford County Public Library Foundation holds at inclusive trunk or treat on October 3 from 4 to 7 p.m. at Coppermine Bel Air Athletic Club, 658 Boulton Street in Bel Air. The free, inclusive trunk or treat is open to children and their families and is the finale of the Foundation’s Wheelchair Costume Workshop.
