As part of Summer Reading 2025, Harford County Public Library hosts The Science Guys of Baltimore: Color Our World on July 2 from 10:30 to 11:30 a.m. at the Jarrettsville Library, 3722 Norrisville Road, and from 2 to 3 p.m. at the Norrisville Library, 5310 Norrisville Road. The program takes children on an exciting journey into the science of colors and how we see them. Through fun experiments and interactive demonstrations, young scientists will learn about light sources, prisms and the science of rainbows. Participants will navigate the world of color with The Science Guys through laser shows, rainbow reveals, optical illusions and much more. The programs are supported by the Jarrettsville and Norrisville Friends of HCPL. For more information, visit HCPLonline.org.
