Description
Throughout the program, participants are supported in:
Building confidence and self-trust
Developing emotional awareness and self-regulation
Practicing healthy boundaries and clear communication
Learning to slow down and listen inward
Experiencing calm, grounding connection with horses
Each session includes guided activities, direct interaction with the horses, and age-appropriate reflection. Participants are encouraged to engage thoughtfully and respectfully, with support provided to meet them where they are.
