Advance is seeking a Internal Help Desk Engineer to work out of our Cockeysville headquarters who is motivated to support our internal employee. We believe that having the right caring mindset about your internal customers will provide you with motivation, purpose and job fulfilment that will ultimately lead to your success!

ON A TYPICAL DAY YOU WILL

  • Assessment, escalation and resolution of end user issues in an efficient and timely manner
  • Ensure end user satisfaction and communication
  • Documentation of all technical steps taken during troubleshooting and any necessary next steps as well as time spent with end user
  • Work and communicate effectively will all levels of the Managed IT Department
