Due to the challenging business landscape created by the onset of COVID19 in the United States, many businesses are still looking for operational guidance when it comes to incorporating safety protocols and wellness policies for their employees or customers.
In this educational seminar, How to Operate Safely and Support Your Workforce: Employer Guidance during COVID-19 , presented by Ashley Addiction Treatment will feature a distinguished panel who will be offering insights and best practices as applied by Ashley Addiction Treatment centers.
This event does not just pertain to those in the Healthcare field, as the best practices shared are relevant to all types of business and size. Learning Objectives include:
- How to ensure the health and safety of your workforce, clients, and consumers in the COVID-19 era
- How to oversee and support your staff and overcome other managerial challenges
- How to identify and treat mental health responses during a healthcare crisis and during a period of displacement
- How to remain viable and operate safely without compromising the health and safety within your business environment
The Speaker Panel:
Tosha Hershey serves as the Vice President of Talent Management of Ashley Addiction Treatment with over 16 years of HR experience, more than half of which have been in the non-profit, social services and healthcare industries. In her role, she oversees the entire HR function.
George Gurrera, MSN, RN-BC, LCSW-C, MPA, serves as the Director of Patient and Provider Experience at Ashley Addiction Treatment and has nearly 20 years of various educational and work-related experiences. In this role, George is responsible for assuring training and education of Ashley’s provider staff and strengthening our intern program. George also works with staff throughout the organization to ensure that patient outcomes align with our mission and best practice standards.
Alex Denstman, MBA serves as the Senior Vice President, Chief Growth Officer at Ashley Addiction Treatment. In his current role, he oversees Intake, Clinical Outreach, Patient Care Coordination, Marketing & Communications, Alumni Services, and Development. Alex began working at Ashley in 2009 as a Patient Care Coordinator and has since held several roles including Director of Alumni Services, Director of Clinical Outreach, and Vice President of Business Development.
Jennifer Aguglia, LCSW-C serves as the Vice President of Outpatient Services. In her current role she oversees the daily operations of both outpatient locations and the development of new outpatient services. Jen started working at Ashley in 2015 as a Clinical Supervisor and has since held several roles including Clinical Manager and Clinical Director.
