As we approach the holiday season, it’s easy to feel overwhelmed. Let’s take a moment to slow down, connect with nature, and focus on self-care. Nature Worx invites you to a Wellness Mini-Retreat on Saturday, December 7th at High Point Farm in Forest Hill, MD.

Time: 10 AM – 1 PM
Location: 2120 High Point Rd, Forest Hill, MD 21050

What to Expect:

•  A guided nature exploration using all your senses 
•  Insight into how emotional energy affects health, along with a meditation session led by healing practitioner Jill Featherston 
• Tools to help you stay grounded during the busy season 
•  A chance to enjoy a delicious meal (Vegetarian Chili, Cornbread, and Hot & Cold Apple Cider) and connect with a like-minded community
