Description

Yoga Nidra is a practice a complete relaxation for mind, body and spirit. It allows us to move beyond everyday activities and delve deeply into our inner world. Participants simply lie on one of our zero gravity chairs or on a blanket on the beach-like floor of the salt room. They are invited to set an intention for their practice, and listen to verbal cues designed to facilitate a release of any physical, mental or emotional tension. After the practice is complete, the group will be treated to a relaxing sound bath with Himalayan singing bowls and tuning forks before heading back into the world.
The class is $25 pp and is 1 hour long.
