Amanda Hichkad CCA Celebration Walk
Join us on Saturday, May 15th for the 2021 Amanda Hichkad CCA Virtual Celebration Walk, presented by Klein?s ShopRite! We will come together (virtually) as a community to celebrate, honor and remember our friends, neighbors and loved ones who have faced a cancer diagnosis while raising funds for Cancer LifeNet at UM Upper Chesapeake Health?s Patricia D. & M. Scot Kaufman Cancer Center. 100% of the proceeds from this Walk go to supporting Cancer LifeNet, which provide nearly 300 unique programs and services completely free of charge to all residents of Harford and Cecil Counties facing a cancer diagnosis, regardless of where he/she is receiving treatments. Cancer LifeNet has served over 15,000 individuals since its inception in 2006 and needs your support to continue making a difference in the lives of our friends and neighbors here in our community.

Calling all Harford Young Professionals! What do we mean by young? Well, you could be brand new to your career and the professional world or you could just be brand new to an industry, brand new to Harford County, etc! Basically, if you are looking to meet new people, make new connections, have fun and get involved in your community, and participate in fun activities then this committee is for you! Join us for our informal meetings that may include speaker presentations, networking, fun and games, virtual tours, panel presentations, professional development opportunities, happy hours, AND MORE! Currently, we meet monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 3-4pm via Zoom. ANY interested individual is welcome to join- you DO NOT have to be a current Harford County Chamber of Commerce member. We want this opportunity to be open to the entire Harford County Community!

We are super excited to let you know about our 2021 Annual Rewrite a Child’s Story “Treasure of You”, dinner/auction. Our hope is for you to join us for an evening of CELEBRATION as we honor our amazing children in some of our most troubled communities of Harford County. We will have dinner, cash bar, live music and dancing with the Klassix. We will also have an exciting Live Auction including vacations, and sports memorabilia, along with Silent & Ticket Auction. This event will be held at the beautiful Richlin Catering & Event Center on Friday, June 25th, 7:00pm – 11:00pm, tickets are $75.00 pp. with Sponsorship Opportunities available.
