Harford Air Services- Ribbon Cutting Ceremony
The Harford County Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony to celebrate the newly constructed hanger for Harford Air Services on June 5th at 11am. Harford Air Services officially moved in to its brand new hanger and FBO space at Harford Airport as of July 2020. There have been many exciting developments at the Harford Airport over the last year and Harford Air Services is ready to finally celebrate after a year of construction! Harford Air Services was established in 1996 by Harford County native, Kevin Hess, and serves as a fully licensed, locally owned and operated flight school at the Harford County Airport.

Susquehanna Workforce Network Virtual Job Fair
Susquehanna Workforce Network is holding a Virtual Job Fair on June 22nd, from 10am – Noon. The event is FREE for organizations and jobseekers alike. During the virtual job fair, employers will be able to see and speak with multiple candidates for their open positions. They will be able to view resumes, chat with jobseekers by text, and invite jobseekers to one-on-one video chats. As they speak with jobseekers, they’ll be able to see their profile, job titles and interests, and be able to rank their visitors to help with follow-up. When the virtual job fair concludes, they will have access to post-event reporting.

We are super excited to let you know about our 2021 Annual Rewrite a Child’s Story “Treasure of You”, dinner/auction. Our hope is for you to join us for an evening of CELEBRATION as we honor our amazing children in some of our most troubled communities of Harford County.
