Chamber Connection (VIRTUAL)
Interested in maximizing your Chamber benefits? Want to network with other new and current Harford County Chamber members? Attend a Chamber Connection and make your membership WORK for you! Chamber Connection is a Member Meet Up On-boarding virtual event that is a great way for new members to get their feet wet, existing members to get engaged with the Chamber, and organizational partners to educate about local resources! These Member Meets Ups are held every other month as your opportunity to meet your Harford County Chamber staff and fellow members to learn how we can work together to make Harford County the premier place to work, live, and play! We strongly recommend for new members to attend Chamber Connection sessions, however anyone who wishes to refresh their understanding of Chamber offerings and re-engage is welcome to attend! Topics addressed include business advocacy efforts, networking and advertising opportunities, affinity programs, and MUCH MORE!

State of the County- VIRTUAL
Join us to hear from Harford County Executive Barry Glassman as he recaps the year and informs us about his plans for the 2021 year. Please be advised that for the safety of our entire membership, this event will be held in a virtual format.

The Education Committee aims to support quality education and a prepared workforce by connecting business with educational institutions and by increasing business support of educational initiatives in Harford County. Also aims to raise money for scholarships provided through the Harford County Chamber of Commerce Education Foundation 501c(3)

VHHWH: TRIVIA- All Things February Theme!
Join our Vice President, Heather Murphy, with her furry (sometimes) co-host Rheni for the Virtual Happy Hour with Heather TRIVIA! It's Friday and we need to celebrate with some fun! Happy Hours with Heather are when we all compete as individuals in a Trivia style game! The grand prize winner gets bragging rights for the week and choice of a special prize for the week! If we can't all meet up a one of our favorite Harford County member restaurants or pubs, we shall join together virtually! These events are a great way to wind down and end your week. We have tons of fun, we get to know one another and chat, and learn something as well!
Health in Harford- Presented by UMUCH
Join us for a Health in Harford presentation by the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health! As a major hospital system right in the heart of Harford County, we are thankful to present updates from UMUCH as it relates to the current COVID-19 pandemic and ongoing initiatives to combat, as well as updates from other county wellness organizations such as the Klein Family Harford Crisis Center and Healthy Harford.

HYP Harford Young Professionals Committee
Calling all Young Professionals! What do we mean by young? Well, you could be brand new to your career and the professional world or you could just be brand new to an industry, brand new to Harford County, etc! Basically, if you are looking to meet new people, make new connections, have fun and get involved in your community, and participate in fun activities then this committee is for you! Join us for our informal meetings that may include speaker presentations, networking, fun and games, virtual tours, panel presentations, professional development opportunities, happy hours, AND MORE! Currently, we meet monthly on the 3rd Tuesday of the month from 3-4pm via Zoom. ANY interested individual is welcome to join- you DO NOT have to be a current Harford County Chamber of Commerce member. We want this opportunity to be open to the entire Harford County Community!

Small Business and Minority Resource Fair
2/26 from 9am to 12pm. The 2021 Small Business & Minority Resource Fair features: Representatives from local and state business resources; Peer networking opportunities, and a panel of local minority business owners. The 2021 Small Business & Minority Resource Fair is brought to you by the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, Harford County Office of Community & Economic Development, and the Harford County Caucus of African American Leaders. This virtual event will showcase representatives from county and state governments, local economic development organizations, and the small business community offering an opportunity to network and learn of resources available to the entrepreneurial and small business community. Please Join Us for a Resource Day featuring: Representatives from local and state business resources Peer networking opportunities with established small businesses; state and local representatives; and fellow small business owners attendees A panel of local minority business owners This is a FREE virtual event that will be broadcasted via Zoom. All registered attendees will receive the virtual meeting access information no later than one day before the event.
