Forever Opulent Boutique Ribbon Cutting & Grand Opening

The Harford County Chamber of Commerce is proud to host a ribbon cutting ceremony to celebrate the grand opening of Forever Opulent Boutique on behalf of the Opulent Lady Business Association!  

As part of the grand opening celebration, Mrs. Jonika Lynch and Ms. Mijiza Green, owners of Forever Opulent Boutique, will be speaking.  Lite refreshments including food and drink, and sample items from neighboring stores will be provided.  There will also be a fashion show, DJ, photo booth, and much more after the ribbon cutting ceremony has concluded.
