October 16, 2 to 3:30 p.m. Havre de Grace Library Harford County Public Library invites children to Halloween Hullabaloo on October 16 from 2 to 3:30 p.m. at the Havre de Grace Library, 120 North Union Avenue. Enjoy spooky-themed crafts, games and dancing. Costumes are encouraged. Each child attending must register prior to the program at https://programs.hcplonline.org/event/14136063. The program is supported by the Friends of the Havre de Grace Library.
