Together, we’ll explore ways to nurture mindset, body image, and emotions through shared experiences and healing practices. Guided by Kristen Burton, an Equine Gestalt Coach, Reiki Practitioner, yoga teacher, and cancer survivor, this circle offers a safe space to process emotions, rediscover inner strength, and embrace self-love. The circle will be held in an indoor arena in the presence of a horse. No horse experience necessary, no riding involved.
