Horses, Hope & Healing is a monthly equine-guided support group for women navigating life during or after cancer.

Cancer changes more than your body—it can change how you see yourself, your relationships, and the way you move through the world. Even after treatment ends, the emotional journey often continues.

This is a safe, welcoming space where you can slow down, breathe, and connect with women who truly understand. In partnership with our horses, you'll experience guided activities, meaningful conversation, mindfulness, and quiet reflection designed to support emotional healing, reduce stress, and reconnect you with yourself.

No horse experience is necessary, and there is no riding. The horses simply meet you where you are, offering a calm, nonjudgmental presence that often helps bring clarity, peace, and insight.

Whether you are newly diagnosed, in treatment, or years beyond your cancer journey, you are welcome here.
