Organizational leaders across society must consider new ways to work and create value for their patrons in an age of uncertainty and prolonged social distancing. Firms are responding by rethinking the modern workplace and traditional management science. Amy has advised numerous Fortune 500 companies on workforce optimization Steve Walters PhD, Chief Economist, Maryland Public Policy Institute, Senior Fellow, Johns Hopkins Institute for Applied Economics, Global Health, and the Study of Business Enterprise, shares the regional economic implications of COVID-19 and forecast the changes to the business landscape. He is a frequent contributor to the Wall Street Journal and Washington Post. John Forsythe, Managing Director, Deloitte, will present 2020 Human Capital Trends, a perspective on responding, recovering, and thriving in a post-COVID world, and perspective on the impact on the future workforce merging complex digital technologies.
