Friday, August 23rd Ribbon Cutting Ceremony and Celebration is free and open to all! Join us to celebrate the expansion of Island Spice Grille & Lounge! The Harford County Chamber of Commerce is proud to host the official Ribbon Cutting ceremony for celebrating 10 years, so make sure to come out and show your support- all are welcome!
