September 15, 6 to 7:30 p.m. Fallston Library Free admission. Each person attending must register prior to the program at https://programs.hcplonline.org/event/14084631. Harford County Public Library offers “Learn to Play Mahjong” on September 15 from 6 to 7:30 p.m. at the Fallston Library, 1461 Fallston Road. Learn the basics of mahjong in this two-part beginner workshop with facilitator Amy Wright. Hands-on instruction, fun gameplay and all materials provided. The second, follow-up workshop takes place September 22. Participants should plan to attend both dates. Each person attending must register prior to the program at https://programs.hcplonline.org/event/14084631. The workshop is supported by the Fallston Friends of HCPL.
