Join Hope in a Horseshoe, A Pivotal Shift, One Love Mind Body Yoga Studio, and Saddle the Storm Equine Gestalt Coaching for an immersive experience on an expansive farm. We will host a rotating session experience designed to reset your nervous system and fill your cup.

What Your Day Includes:

• Walking Meditation:

Led by Audrey. A peaceful walk along the edge of the woods and pasture to quiet the mind and reconnect with nature.

•Yoga in the Field:

Gentle Yoga led by Gabi in an open field to move your body, release stress, and open your heart.

• Sound Bath with Horses:

A deeply relaxing sound bath led by Anna with crystal bowls in our indoor arena, sure by the soothing presence of horses.

• Healing Presence: Connect with the gentle wisdom and healing energy of our horses throughout the day.

• Local Wellness Vendors: Shop local vendors featuring sea moss, apothecary teas, herbal favorites, and wellness products.
