Pinwheels can be picked up from the Harford County Chamber of Commerce from Monday, May 15th - Wednesday, May 24th from 9am-2pm. ** Other pick up times can be scheduled, if necessary. Must be scheduled with a Chamber employee ** Pinwheels are $20 per pinwheel
