410 838 2020 The Young Entrepreneurs Academy (YEA!) teaches middle and high school go-getters how to start and run their own, REAL businesses. Our Harford County YEA! Program, offered through the Harford County Chamber of Commerce, is open to students in grades six through twelve throughout the county.
