Trick or Treating in Downtown Bel Air

Description

Put on your costumes and head to Downtown Bel Air Oct. 24 between 1 and 3 p.m. to enjoy Trick-or-Treating in Downtown Bel Air. Our local businesses will be open and ready to greet you! Participating businesses will be identified with a Trick-or-Treat poster outside their store front. Trick-or-Treaters are free to start anywhere they would like on the route.
