On Tuesday, March 9, 2021, 12:30 pm, the Historical Society will present a Free Virtual Brown Bag lunch lecture featuring Charles Duff, author, former Harford County planner, developer and owner of Jubilee Baltimore.  Charlie will take us on a journey through the cities of England, Ireland, Holland and the Middle Atlantic States, explaining the trajectory of their growth, their similarities and how greatly they differ from the cities of continental Europe and continental North America
.
