Judge William O. Carr will be the Historical Society's guest speaker for its monthly Brown bag Lunch Series on Tuesday, April 13, 2021 at 12:30 p.m. His topic will be Wicked Women, Eccentric Women and Other Tales from the Court Records. Judge Carr performed in various executive and judicial roles in town government and the Harford County Circuit Court for more than three decades. An Active volunteer for numerous organizations including the Historical Society and the Harford Land Trust, he has researched and witnessed all manner of people and events.
