Beth Marchiano Director of Administrative Services Growth Solutions Team Beth has over 25 years experience in operational management in the medical, legal, financial, and services industries. She started her career at Johns Hopkins and has worked with numerous businesses to develop support staff processes, operational management, and administrative competencies. As well as being a HIPAA Certified Privacy Associate, Beth is proficient in a variety Database Management Systems/CRMs and can usually be found training key personnel on use of those systems. Beth graduated from the University of Baltimore where she began cultivating her strong commitment to her community and currently serves on several boards and actively volunteers in her community. She has furthered her passion in volunteering by attending and graduating Harford Leadership Academy in 2018.
