      2. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800hrs – 1630hrs EST
      3. Location: On-Site, Aberdeen, MD

    2. Position Description:
      1. We are seeking a motivated and dependable entry-level or intermediate Technician/Assembler to join our Team. No prior assembly experience is required, but preferred. We provide full training on all tools, processes, safety procedures, and job tasks. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing or production.
    3. Key Duties and Roles:
      1. Assemble products and components according to work instructions and training provided
      2. Use basic hand tools and equipment safely and effectively
      3. Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
      4. Follow production schedules and meet daily output goals
      5. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area
      6. Report material shortages, equipment issues, or quality concerns to supervisors
      7. Work cooperatively with Team members and Supervisors
      8. Follow company safety policies and procedures at all times
      9. Learn new tasks and cross-train in other assembly areas as needed. 
      10. Complete company-sponsored training in J-STD-001 Certification soldering standards and earn certification
      11. Other duties, as assigned
    4. Basic Qualifications:
      1. No previous experience is required; training is provided
      2. High school diploma
      3. Strong attention to detail
      4. Reliable attendance and punctuality
      5. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
      6. Willingness to learn and work in a Team environment
      7. Positive attitude and strong work ethic
    5. Preferred Qualifications
      1. Current J-STD-001 (Requirements for Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) certification
      2. Prior Class 3 Soldering Experience
      3. Previous electronic assembly/production experience
    6. Travel:
      1. Up to five (5)% Continental United States (CONUS) travel is required
    7. Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a background check and/or security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information:
      1. No clearance required, but ability to obtain, if needed, is required
