Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property & Casualty Insurance Customer Service Rep/Admin located in Bel Air, MD with some flexibility for remote work. The Customer Service Rep will be responsible for managing current client download accounts, certificates of insurance handling and providing excellent customer service to clients as needed. They will also service insurance products, assist clients with claims and policy changes, and maintain accurate records.
 
Qualifications

• Customer Service skills
• Knowledge of Insurance industry
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Insurance Property & Casualty License a plus or willing to obtain license within 90 Days
