    1. Details:
      1. FLSA: Full-Time, Regular Salary, Exempt
      2. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0800hrs – 1630hrs
      3. Location: On-Site, Aberdeen, MD 21001
      4. Supervisory: No
    2. Key Role Responsibilities:
      1. Conduct incoming, in-process, and final inspections
      2. Verify labeling and packaging adhere to anticipated guidelines for accuracy and compliance set forth by the Company
      3. Follow established work instructions and Travelers
      4. Use calipers, micrometers, gauges, and multimeters after training
      5. Identify and report nonconformances
      6. Record and maintain organized and accurate inspection results
      7. Support internal and external audit activities
      8. Adhere to Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and safety requirements
      9. Assist with First Article Inspection Reports (FAIRs) under supervision
      10. Learn and apply Company quality procedures and standards
      11. Participate in required training and development activities
      12. Maintain an organized and clean inspection area
      13. Communicate quality concerns effectively to appropriate points of contact (POCs)
      14. Support continuous improvement initiatives
      15. Assist senior inspectors, as needed
      16. Cross-train in assembly areas, as needed
      17. All other duties, as assigned
    3. Basic Qualifications:
      1. High school diploma or General Educational Development (GED)
      2. Ability to learn drawings and specifications
      3. Attention to detail
      4. Good communication skills
      5. Ability to interpret basic drawings
      6. Basic Microsoft Office skills
      7. Ability to work independently, after training
      8. Ability to lift up to 35 lbs.
      9. Willingness to obtain Institute of Printed Circuits (IPC) certifications
    4. Preferred Qualifications:
      1. Associate degree in a related field
      2. Two (2) years manufacturing/inspection experience
      3. Previous electronics manufacturing experience
      4. International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001/AS9100 familiarity
      5. IPC-A-610 certification
      6. IPC J-STD-001 certification
      7. Previous experience with inspection tools
      8. Previous Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) experience
      9. Basic ESD knowledge
