Join our team as a Development Specialist, supporting the Harford Community College Foundation in planning impactful fundraising events, building strong donor and alumni relationships, and managing key stewardship programs like the President’s Circle and O’Connell Society. This role reports to and collaborates closely with the Director for Development to meet annual fundraising goals and strengthen community engagement

What You Need:

Associate degree

• At least 1 year of fundraising experience
• Strong communication, time management, and relationship-building skills
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Ability to travel to local events
