About Us

Arrow is a human services nonprofit organization serving children and families across Maryland with two locations in Harford County. Our Treatment Foster Care program serves youth with histories of trauma, who have specials needs, including behavioral health, educational, and life skills needs. The therapeutic, community-based services offered by Arrow, which include Family Centered Treatment, are designed to provide for the health and stability of families by strengthening family connections, relationships, and safety within a family’s own home. Arrow’s Crossroads Community, a transitional living program in Harford County, assists adolescent girls in learning how to live on their own after leaving the foster care system. Arrow Center for Education Schools provide special education opportunities for children who need an alternative to traditional public education. Our primary goal for our educational program is to create an atmosphere where each student can reach his or her full potential academically, emotionally, and behaviorally.
