The Bulle Rock Community Association represents the residents of Bulle Rock, a vibrant multigenerational residential community located in Havre de Grace. The Association is dedicated to fostering connection, engagement, and a strong sense of community through a wide range of lifestyle programming, events, and resident-led initiatives.

Throughout the year, the Bulle Rock Community Association partners with local businesses and organizations to enhance resident experiences, support community involvement, and create meaningful opportunities for connection. Our Lifestyle sponsorship program offers businesses direct engagement with residents and increased brand visibility through on-site events, programs, and email communication.
