Inner County Outreach, Inc. (ICO) is a faith-based 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving youth and families throughout Harford, Cecil, and Baltimore Counties, with a special focus on communities along the Route 40 Corridor in Harford County, Maryland. Since 1986, ICO has been committed to strengthening families and promoting self-sufficiency by addressing each individual's educational, social, spiritual, and health needs. Through comprehensive basic needs assistance, youth and family support services, and mental and physical health and wellness programs, ICO provides the resources, guidance, and opportunities individuals and families need to overcome challenges, build stability, and improve their quality of life.
