The Bel Air Downtown Alliance is a 501(c)(3) non-profit community development organization whose mission is to mobilize stakeholders to invest in Bel Air’s neighborhoods, economy, and quality of life. We provide services to seniors, youth, persons with disabilities, those struggling to overcome addiction and mental illness, as well as necessary transportation within the county. The Highlands School is a K–8 school for students with learning differences, offering specialized instruction, a community Tutoring Center, summer camp, and resources for families. The John Carroll School is a Catholic, coeducational, college-preparatory high school where every student is known and valued.
