Join us for our August Membership Luncheon sponsored by Towson University in Northeastern Maryland! All attendees will receive a complementary Aberdeen Ironbirds baseball hat and one ticket voucher to attend a game of their choice.

Menu Includes:
Slow Cooked Pork Shoulder
Flour or Corn Tortilla, Queso Fresco, Chipotle Corn Salsa, Jalapeno Crema
Honey Lime Chicken Breast 
            Grilled, lime marinated chicken breast, finished with a sweet and savory honey glaze
Kale and Farro Salad
            Baby kale, farro, green onion, and manchego cheese, tossed in a garlic lemon vinaigrette
Summer Vegetable Risotto
            Arborio rice, seared with garlic and simmered in white wine.  Then tossed with fresh summer corn, bell peppers, onion, basil and parmesan cheese
Grilled Peaches with Vanilla Mascarpone Cheese
            Sliced and grilled peaches, simply served with a dollop of vanilla infused mascarpone cheese
