Amanda Pugh Meet the 30 juried artists competing in the 5th Annual Maryland Center for the Arts’ Harford Plein Air Festival, Sunday, October 6, 1-4pm, Liriodendron Mansion, 502 W. Gordon St., Bel Air at a mini-reception and exhibit of their previous paintings. Entertainment by members of the Upper Chesapeake Chorus of Sweet Adelines International. The Harford Plein Air Festival is supported by the Harford County Cultural Arts Board with funds from the Maryland State Arts Council.
