Description
The COVID-19 pandemic has abruptly changed our lives and our businesses. For some businesses, the show must go on, and others will wait until they can resume operations. Regardless of which camp you are in, this is the time to create a crisis communications strategy for your business or to dust it off if you already have one. A crisis communication plan outlines how you will communicate with your customers, employees, and vendors when the world has been turned upside down by internal or external events. During this one-hour seminar we will discuss the elements of communicating during a crisis. A simple crisis communications plan template will be shared and we'll help you adapt it for your business.
