Harford County Public Library holds a Halloween dance party for families on October 27 from 6 to 7 p.m. at the Aberdeen Library, 21 Franklin Street. Dance to classic songs with a Halloween twist and wear dancing shoes or a favorite costume. The dance party is supported by the Aberdeen Friends of HCPL.
