As part of Winter Reading 2026, Harford County Public Library invites customers to make a Holiday Recipe Flip Book on December 20 from 1:30 to 3 p.m. HCPL Foundation welcomes Dr. Anirban Basu, chairman and CEO of the Sage Policy Group, Inc., to its Game Changers Business Speaker Series on January 8. As part of Winter Reading 2026, Harford County Public Library hosts a Jazz Café on January 9 from 3 to 4:30 p.m. at the Abingdon Library. Harford County Public Library's 8th Annual Fairy Tale & Superhero Festival takes place Friday, January 16, from 8 a.m. to 4:45 p.m. at the Abingdon Library.
