Senior Accountant
CPA firm is seeking a full-time candidate to fill a Senior tax return preparer position. The candidate will be responsible for the following:
Job Description:Gather/organize client data and accurately enter in electronic filing software (UltraTax)Preparation and/or review of individual (1040) tax returnsAssisting with year-end tax closing and tax related - Minimum 3-5 years of experience in commercial construction estimating and project management.
- Strong background in interior finishes and tenant improvements.
- Proficiency with estimating and takeoff software, preferably PlanSwift along with Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of plans, specifications and project documentation.
- Excellent organizational, communication and problem-solving skillsl
- Ability to manage multple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
