Bel Air, MD – November 21, 2025 - Jones Junction is celebrating a truly remarkable milestone: Debra McCollum, a longtime and deeply respected member of the Jones leadership team, is marking 40 years of dedicated service!


From her start as an evening accounting clerk in 1985, Debra has grown into her role as Chief Financial Officer at Jones Junction. A graduate of the NADA General Dealership Management Academy (Class of 2010), she is known for implementing data-driven strategies that help every department improve performance and efficiency. Debra believes analytics reveal both the challenges and the opportunities—and she uses that insight to help teams lead with clarity and accountability. Her focus on measurable results and technology-enabled decision-making continues to elevate Jones Junction as a regional and industry leader.
 
In addition to her role at Jones, Debra serves on the board of the Maryland Automobile Dealers Association, contributing her expertise to help advance the automotive sector. She also volunteers and lends her leadership to the broader community through nonprofit board service, including the Aberdeen Rotary and the CHAR Hope Foundation consistent with the company’s commitment to giving back.
