- Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0900hrs – 1700hrs
- Location: Onsite, Aberdeen, MD 21001

- Key Roles:
- Assembly and Soldering: Perform soldering and assembly of printed circuit boards (PCBs) using surface mount (SMT) and through-hole techniques
- Inspection: Examine assembled components to ensure they meet quality standards
- Testing: Operate equipment to verify the functionality of completed assemblies
- Documentation: Record assembly steps and inspection results for quality tracking
- Adherence to Protocols: Maintain a clean and safe workspace, following Electrostatic Discharge (ESD) and workplace safety standards
- Attention to Detail: Ensure precision in assembly, soldering, and inspection of electronic components to support the Design Verification Test (DVT) build
- Basic Qualifications:
- Experience in soldering, assembly, and inspection of electronic components
- Hands-on experience with Surface Mount Technology (SMT) and through-hole soldering techniques
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
- Strong visual acuity for inspecting small components and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with precision
- Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Military Standard (MIL-STD)-2000, MIL-STD-202G, and MIL-STD-750D
- Certification in Institute for Printed Circuits (IPC) J-STD-001 and familiarity with IPC-A-610 standards
- Experience working in a DVT or prototype build environment
- Familiarity with ESD handling procedures
