    1. Details:
      1. FLSA: Full-Time, Regular Salary, Non-Exempt
      2. Schedule: Monday – Friday, 0900hrs – 1700hrs
      3. Location: Onsite, Aberdeen, MD 21001
      4. Supervisory: Yes
    2. Key Roles:
      1. Oversee the production line to ensure smooth workflow and timely output
      2. Assign tasks, manage schedules, and coordinate activities among line workers and technicians
      3. Lead, train, monitor, and motivate production staff while addressing any performance issues
      4. Monitor product quality and enforce quality standards while working with Quality Assurance/Quality Control (QA/QC) teams to investigate and resolve product issues or defects
      5. Recommend changes to enhance productivity, reduce waste, and lower costs (identify inefficiencies and implement lean manufacturing practices)
      6. Coordinate with planning and logistics teams to align production with inventory and delivery requirements
      7. Coordinate with procurement and warehouse teams to avoid production delays
      8. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) or other relevant regulations
      9. Monitor raw materials, tools, and equipment availability
      10. Maintain records on production metrics such as output, downtime, and defects while generating regular reports
      11. Ensure production goals and deadlines are met
      12. Ensure proper staffing levels for each shift or production run
      13. Communicate with engineering, maintenance, logistics, and quality teams while ensuring alignment between departments to support overall production goals
    3. Basic Qualifications:
      1. Associate’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience
      2. +3 years of demonstrated experience in an equivalent or similar role
      3. Demonstrated experience using an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
      4. Demonstrated experience with following International Organization for Standardization (ISO) 9001:2015 procedures or other industry-specify quality systems
      5. Maintain highly organized and detailed records
      6. Ability to operate material handling equipment (i.e. forklifts, pallet jacks, etc.)
      7. Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools
    4. Preferred Qualifications
      1. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, Business, or a related field or equivalent combination of education and experience. 
      2. Certification such as: Production and Inventory Management (APICS CPIM), Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified Professional in Supply Management (ISM CPSM), Project Management Professional (PMP)
      3. +6 years of demonstrated experience in an equivalent or similar role
      4. Hands-on experience with production line support and troubleshooting
